Restaurant Host

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Server to join our team at Botero Tapas + Wine Bar.

• Welcoming and Sitting Diners: Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests by welcoming and seating them comfortably in the dining section.
• Taking Orders: Take customers' food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaboration with Kitchen and Bar Staff: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and correct delivery of orders.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu and make recommendations to customers on appetizers, meals, and drinks from our wine stock.
• Customer Service: Deliver a memorable dining experience by promptly resolving any customer issues that may arise.
• Table Maintenance: Assist with tidying tables, clearing leftovers, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining area.
• Event Preparation: Help set tables and rearrange the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure that cooking utensils and the kitchen area are cleaned and sanitized after closing to comply with state regulations.
