Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform microbiological assessments, including bioburden analysis, endotoxin testing, and growth promotion evaluations for both bulk drug substances and finished products.
  • Support internal operations by managing inventory of materials, maintaining controlled documentation, and ensuring the proper disposal of expired reagents.
  • Uphold safety protocols, identifying and addressing unsafe practices and conditions.
  • Document all activities in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Oversee the management of consumables and materials inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related Life Sciences field is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on GMP practices.
  • Proven experience in conducting microbiological testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to executing tasks with precision.
