Requirements
  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills.
  • Patient Focus: Demonstrate a patient-focused approach and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Education: High school degree is required.
