Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs
- Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Requirements:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- State licensed in California

This is an hourly role with openings in San Jose, CA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $ [insert rate]. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
