About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nutritional care to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hospital-wide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays, to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses, on nutritional best practices and protocols.
  • Serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials, with eligibility to become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
