About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admitting Worker in Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our ambulatory clinic team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and verifying patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter patient data into our registration system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and address any discrepancies
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
