Job Overview: As a Road Maintenance Technician-Drain Scupper with Webber, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our infrastructure assets. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, litter removal, drainage, etc. per standards in the contract and as directed by supervisor. You will also be required to transport crew and equipment to work sites operating vehicle large trucks and specialized motor vehicles and trailers. Additionally, you will positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.

Responsibilities:
  • Create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
  • Must be comfortable working from heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms lifts.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains, removing trash and debris, and inspecting infrastructure assets.
  • Avoid legal challenges by complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
