Job Summary:

We are seeking a committed and skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional care to patients who are critically ill or have sustained serious injuries within our ICU department. You will receive comprehensive training to manage patients recovering from invasive surgeries, as well as those who have experienced severe medical events such as heart attacks or strokes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, making timely evaluations.
  • Identify and respond to changes in patients' health status.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and their families regarding patient progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Act swiftly in medical emergencies, alerting the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Attend to the needs of patients during their recovery phase in the ICU.
  • Complete necessary documentation prior to patient transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care in compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
