Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Read and interpret equipment diagrams, schematics, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure seamless production operations.
Requirements
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance or production environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance or production role, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with VFD drives and PLCs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and GMP standards and requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
