Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in Avera's Nephrology Clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a multidisciplinary team. With a focus on teamwork and compassion, you will work to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of nursing services in the Nephrology Clinic.

Demonstrate effective leadership skills and work collaboratively with other clinic staff to solve practice-related problems.

Maintain current data for Performance Improvement studies and adhere to the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.

Requirements:

Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Nursing experience is preferred, but not required.

Current license from the State of South Dakota Board of Nursing and current CPR certification are required.

ACLS (advanced Cardiac Life Support) is preferred.
