Deliver exceptional coffee service in alignment with established guest satisfaction and sustainability practices.

Lead Barista – Host or Hostess – Guest Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process coffee, beverage, and food requests, enter orders into the POS system, handle payments, and prepare items.

Maintain cleanliness of coffee cart areas and tables.

Execute opening and closing tasks, including setting up necessary supplies and equipment, and ensuring all areas are cleaned.

Monitor the operation of appliances, ensuring they are powered on/off at the correct times.

Organize and replenish workstations.

Process orders, enter them into the POS system, manage payments, and prepare items.

Wash dishes, utensils, and clean work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the shift.

Ensure adequate change is available for expected business levels. Count cash at the end of the shift, complete required cashier reports, address any discrepancies, and secure cash.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food and beverage service.


Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete necessary safety training and certifications.

Follow sustainability initiatives as part of the company's environmental program.

Practice safe working methods; utilize protective equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred experience in customer service.

Previous barista experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:

Work hours may vary and can include weekends and holidays.

Position requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
