Acquisition Specialist

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to manage project milestones, upload documentation, and create purchase orders. This role requires a strong understanding of purchasing strategies and resource planning systems.

This position involves:

• Managing project milestones and uploading documentation into the project management system
• Importing bills of materials and creating purchase, sales, and work orders
• Maintaining inventory levels by generating weekly vendor stock orders
• Analyzing demand trends to support sourcing strategies

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
• A solid understanding of purchasing strategies and resource planning systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
