Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on your experience.

Job Summary

This role involves supporting the CFO, Controllers, and division leaders to provide financial information and insights to maximize profitability through financial reporting and recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, analyze, and report on movements and significant transactions to ensure an accurate monthly close process;
  • Ensure integrity of transactions and data and its reflection on the company's financials;
  • Support in preparing timely and accurate monthly accrual and cash statements;
  • Perform detailed accounting analysis and process related Journal Entries related to General Ledger Accounts;
  • Ensure compliance with all deliverable due dates and timelines for recurring, Client and ad hoc reporting;
  • Complete monthly/weekly account allocations and reconciliations;
  • Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned and modified at company's discretion.

Requirements:

  • Must be driven to deliver accurate, thorough, and complete accounting information and improve accounting and reporting processes;
  • Experience in a multi-company environment is required;
  • Effective communication with upper management and across teams is essential;
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting packages and data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel (Advanced);
  • Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements and their interrelation;
  • Able to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • Work independently, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines;
  • Work at an appropriate level of detail and challenge the status quo;
  • Excellent Financial presentation and Oral & Written communication skills.
