- Maintain high precision standards, machining to tolerances of .005.
- Lead projects and serve as a technical resource for the team.
- Evaluate and implement new tooling and machining processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Proficient in CNC mill operation and programming.
- Experience with manual machining equipment.
- Strong understanding of precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and understand complex machine codes.
- Experience in deburring and finishing parts.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree in Machine Technology. Candidates should possess strong mathematical skills, particularly in trigonometry, and demonstrate effective leadership capabilities.
