Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in a medsurgical setting
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current NIHSS certification or completion within 90 days of hire
  • Current Arrhythmia recognition certification or completion within 8 weeks of hire
