McDonald's Maintenance Worker Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Your duties will include:

• Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
• Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to ensure a safe and functional environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
