This role involves providing high-quality care to patients who require extended assistance due to disabilities or chronic illnesses. As a travel nurse, you will be working with a diverse patient population, often focusing on the elderly and those needing help with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
  • Conduct routine assessments and provide necessary treatments.
  • Monitor changes in patients' health and adjust care accordingly.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure seamless communication among healthcare team members regarding patient care.

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN License
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS Certification
  • A minimum of 18 months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care environment
  • Additional requirements may apply based on the facility's needs
