Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
    • Administer and interpret a range of assessment tools to identify developmental delays, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioral issues.
  • Develop and Implement Intervention Strategies
    • Work with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized plans to address areas of need.
  • Provide Counseling and Support
    • Offer individual and group counseling to help students manage behavioral and emotional concerns.
  • Collaborate with Educational Teams
    • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
    • Licensure through the Michigan State Board.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a School Psychologist.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
