Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled VTC Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a VTC Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining VTC suites to ensure seamless communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with the team daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve mission-critical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to improve and troubleshoot VTC capabilities with high visibility to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with a team that supports a mission-focused customer with high expectations.
  • Serve as a VTC technician capable of supporting the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VTC suites.
  • Utilize technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities to resolve challenging operational requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
Security Clearance
  • TS/SCI
