Job Overview

HL Choice Corp. SunSSC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of promotional materials, training and supervising junior staff, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production of promotional materials, including reviewing and producing materials according to sales requests and specifications.
  • Training and Development: Train and supervise junior staff on printing and company procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cost Analysis and Control: Conduct and report on cost analysis, ensuring that production costs are optimized and controlled.
  • Production Coordination: Prioritize and execute production requests to ensure on-time delivery, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and report inventory of printing supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and assess post-production quality controls, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain printing equipment at optimal condition, requesting repair service as necessary to minimize downtime.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned or required, contributing to the overall success of the production department.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in Graphic design and Digital printing, with a strong understanding of commercial and oversized printing.
  • Skills: Advanced design skills in typography, color, layout, and post-production work, as well as advanced skills in production software, such as SAi Rip program and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Language: Proficient in English and Korean, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, highly detailed and organized, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, multitask, set own priorities, and adapt to a changing environment.
