We are looking for a skilled LPN to work on our Telemetry unit, providing compassionate care to patients with complex medical conditions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain certification and stay up-to-date with best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current LPN license in the state of hire
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Telemetry or similar setting (preferred)
