Your Responsibilities:

As a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Act as a security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
  • Serve as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and/or integration of Information Assurance (IA) architectures, systems, or components.
  • Apply your knowledge of IA policies, procedures, and workforce structure to design, develop, and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
  • Collaborate with clients and other project team members.
  • Support the enforcement of the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.
  • Conduct security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management.
  • Identify overall security requirements for the proper handling of sensitive data.
  • Propose system-level solutions to meet security requirements.
  • Perform system or network designs that encompass multiple enclaves, including those with varying data protection/classification requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Compliance with DoD M IASAE Level 2 is mandatory, and CISSP Certification is required. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
