Job Title: WMA Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled WMA Developer to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics. As a WMA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Insurance Policy Administration Systems, with a focus on WMA and Vantage IP products.

Critical Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have in-depth knowledge of Life Insurance domain, with a focus on WMA or Vantage IP product. You will also need to have hands-on development and support experience in Insurance Policy Administration Systems, with a strong understanding of OIPA configuration language or traditional programming skills (C, C#, Java, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Insurance Policy Administration Systems, with a focus on WMA and Vantage IP products.
• Drive the requirements, design, testing, and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities and system performance are both effective and efficient.
• Create test scenarios and develop test plans to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that the system meets the client's needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance domain, with a focus on WMA or Vantage IP product.
• Hands-on development and support experience in Insurance Policy Administration Systems.
• Strong understanding of OIPA configuration language or traditional programming skills (C, C#, Java, etc.).
• Comprehensive working knowledge of database concepts and a strong understanding of SQL query building and optimization.
• Knowledge and experience working in an onsite/offshore engagement model.
