About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hickory House Nursing Home. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed by the care plan.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
