- Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
