This full-time position will be responsible for coordinating and executing special events and projects at the Gross Coliseum, Cunningham Hall, and the Lewis Field Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute special events and projects, including setup, execution, and teardown
  • Work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure successful events and projects
  • Manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with facilities staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
