Join Our Team as a Stylist at Plato's Closet

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Stylist at Plato's Closet in Nashville, Cool Springs, and Murfreesboro, TN. As a Stylist, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect outfit and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers immediately and determine their needs
  • Handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Become familiar with products, brands, and prices and make recommendations to suit customers' needs
  • Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by adding items to the close of the sale
  • Price and ticket items based on pricing and buying guidelines
  • Restock store following merchandising plan
  • Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
