Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transplant Surgeon to join our team as a Locum Tenens provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in transplant surgery and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Screen and accept/decline deceased donor kidneys
Collaborate with the on-call Transplant Coordinator to bring transplant candidates in for potential transplant
Round on transplant patients in the hospital less than 90 days from transplant in collaboration with the Transplant Nephrologist
Collaborate with IP staff, Tx Nephrologist, and Tx NP to assist with IP throughput

Requirements:
VT License
BC/BE
ASTS Certified (Transplant Surgery)
BLS ACLS
