Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients in a 40-bed inpatient unit, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License or active Compact Registered Nurse License with New Jersey endorsement.
- BLS through American Heart Association upon hire.
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of start date.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in computer systems.
