Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general maintenance support for assigned buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems
  • Work with building services knowledge to ensure efficient operation of systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a recognized apprenticeship
  • Building services knowledge and mechanical/HVAC knowledge
  • Commercial or pressure systems switching knowledge
  • HSE knowledge and certification in SMSTMS/IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
  • Manager or supervisory experience of contractors for both remedial service and maintenance
  • Certificated assessor for building services activities, including confined space, hot works, working at height
  • Authorized Person and competent operator of Permit to Work systems
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office Applications, including Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of having worked in a similar role within a large diverse organization
  • Proven track record of success in delivering and monitoring EHS activities
  • Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues
  • Ability to interpret relevant policy and legislation
