UX Visionary

We're looking for a talented UX Visionary to drive the user experience strategy at DesignX Community. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience strategy, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agile methodologies and demonstrated success in integrating design with IT. They will possess outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about user experience challenges.

About the Role

• Define and implement the user experience strategy
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability of the user experience
• Conduct user research initiatives to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure cohesive and seamless integration of UX design with product development

Requirements

• Experience in agile methodologies
• Demonstrated success in integrating design with IT
• Experience leading projects with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma
