At Marco's Pizza, we're seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, building sales and controlling costs for the restaurant. You will be the driving force behind our successful expansion, working closely with a management team that believes in our mission - serving one meal, one family, one neighborhood at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and policies
• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed, including scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
