Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the UHealth Tower. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring population-specific patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification).
  • ACLS.
  • Two years acute Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nursing experience.
