ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Support
- Provide excellent customer service and support to residential and commercial clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Pest Control Services
- Perform pest control services, including termite treatments and inspections
- Use industry-leading equipment and technology to ensure effective and efficient pest control
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and technologies
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license required
Work Environment
Candidates must be able to safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations, including safely using a ladder, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
