Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
About the Position
- Assist patients with daily care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Perform selected procedures, such as specimen collections and simple dressings.
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Nurse Aide Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
