Location: Chicago

We are seeking a skilled seasonal mixologist to enhance our F&B team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a prestigious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service by ensuring prompt, efficient, and professional interactions with guests.
  • Oversee all operations within the beverage department, including preparation and service in accordance with established standards.
  • Utilize the POS system effectively, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Conduct pre-service and post-service tasks as per the established protocols.
  • Comprehend and execute the sequence of service accurately.
  • Maintain consistency in service techniques for all food and beverage offerings.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the food and beverage menu items.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of wines and various beverages.
  • Ensure proper usage of all food and beverage items, along with the appropriate equipment and tools.

General Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-end establishment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wines.
  • Excellent understanding of beverages, including cocktails and wines.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; creative, motivated, attentive, and capable of following instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, impeccable grooming, and excellent presentation skills.
