Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our salaried BCBAs enjoy a competitive, flexible pay structure that includes quarterly bonus eligibility and referral bonuses.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide behavior-analytic services to children with autism in our hybrid role. This position involves conducting regular parent training sessions, assessments and reassessments, treatment planning sessions, and coordinating care with primary care physicians & other professionals. Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities and be able to manage their own schedule and caseload.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\
  
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable)\
  
• Completion of BCBA supervision training\
  
• Ability to stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds\
