- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
- Maintain a valid CA Certified Food Handlers Card and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Be available to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with a preference for Sunday availability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized service station, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Develop knowledge of cocktails, liquor, and spirits, and utilize suggestive selling and up-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strive to provide impeccable service and customer experience, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
- 2-4+ years of serving experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting, following directions and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Starting hourly rate of $17.00, plus tips.
