Job Title: OT/PT PRN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patients' daily living and work skills.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and training on adaptive equipment and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current licensure to practice occupational therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
