Final Assembler

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Final Assembler to join our team at TPI Staffing Group. As a Final Assembler, you will be responsible for performing complex assembly of mechanical or electrical components, using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical or electrical components, requiring fitting, adjusting, and/or fabrication for assembly of products
  • Use various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices, such as tape measures, height gauges, and calipers
  • Accurately read measuring devices to verify accuracy and placement of assembled components, making adjustments as necessary
  • Monitor pressure gauges and document readings for hydro testing
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood to crate finished products
  • Train other Assemblers
  • Perform multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotation
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes
  • Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures
  • Perform daily organization and cleanup of work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions and incidents to supervision
Requirements

Two (2) years of directly related experience required
