Job Description: We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at the Coast Guard Community Services Command. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. Salary: $76,914+ DOE/annually

Duties:
  1. Manage NAF Personnel Programs including staffing, position classification, pay administration, labor relations, and employee development.
  2. Collaborate with senior directors, directors, and managers to develop and implement comprehensive human resources programs.
  3. Serve as a strategic advisor providing expertise, guidance, and support on diverse personnel matters.


Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:
  • a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • experience using ADP HRIS or other related HR Management Platforms.
