Employee Relations Specialist

Salary: $76,914+ DOE/annually
Duties:
- Manage NAF Personnel Programs including staffing, position classification, pay administration, labor relations, and employee development.
- Collaborate with senior directors, directors, and managers to develop and implement comprehensive human resources programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor providing expertise, guidance, and support on diverse personnel matters.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:
- a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- experience using ADP HRIS or other related HR Management Platforms.
