**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dynamic therapists. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BrightSpring Health Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Regularly reassess treatment plans, participate in staffing meetings, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Perform discharge evaluations, provide recommendations for home and community safety, and offer referral and education resources.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
**Qualifications**
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.
