Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus
Compensation / Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranges from $19.56 to $31.94 based on prior experience.
- Evening shift differential of $2.00 per hour.
- Night shift differential of $2.50 per hour.
- Weekend shift differential of $2.50 per hour.
- Sign-On Bonus disbursed over the course of one year.

Our surgical facilities include multiple operating rooms equipped for a variety of procedures. Our team of surgical technologists plays a vital role in maintaining a sterile and safe environment for patients. New team members receive thorough orientation and training with experienced preceptors to ensure proficiency across all surgical disciplines. Join our dedicated surgical services team, where we prioritize professional care for each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program is required. National certification in surgical technology is preferred, or alternatively, five (5) years of consecutive training/experience as a surgical technologist.
Experience:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is mandatory, or five (5) years of consecutive training/experience as a surgical technologist, or an LPN with one (1) year of surgical tech experience is preferred.
- National Certification is highly desirable.
(The above requirements may be satisfied through a combination of education and experience).
Licensure / Certification:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for the duration of employment.
- If certified as a Surgical Technologist, current certification must be maintained.
- Oklahoma LPN license is required if applicable.
