Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cardiac Catheterization Unit is a key member of our patient care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers, and participating in shared decision-making activities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care
  • Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge
  • Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a school of nursing required
  • BSN preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
