Certinia Configuration and Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Certinia Configuration and Integration Expert to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and integrating Certinia solutions. They will also be responsible for supporting the application to manage and maintain Certinia applications, including user management, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions using Certinia products.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project deliverables, processes, and user guides.
• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and help clients optimize their use of Certinia solutions.
• Stay current on new Certinia features and updates, and recommend improvements to clients.

Requirements:

• Advanced expertise in Certinia configuration and integration.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, lightning, and APIs.
• Preferably, experience in the professional services industry.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
