Job Overview
The Lead Registered Nurse will oversee the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services delivered by our direct care staff. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. Key duties involve performing in-home evaluations of clients to assess their support and clinical requirements, as well as conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' residences.
Qualifications
Valid RN license in the State of GeorgiaAt least 3 years of RN experienceExperience in Pediatrics or with pediatric patientsCurrent CPR certificationRecent TB screeningValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAvailability for day shiftsOn-call availabilityProficient computer skills and ability to document electronically on a tabletCapability to work independently in a home environmentEmpathy for the needs and concerns of others, with the ability to foster relationships across diverse backgroundsTo be considered for the position of Lead Registered Nurse, candidates must meet state background screening requirements.
