This role requires a combination of driving skills, material handling expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to set up trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with trailer loading and unloading, as well as perform material handling duties as needed.
  • Properly secure loads to prevent damage or loss during transit.
  • Shuttle trailers to designated inventory locations within the yard.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including seal checks and Lock out Tag out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Maintain accurate yard inventory records using our inventory control system.
Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • This role requires weekend, holiday, and off-shift work commitments.
  • You should be able to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist level.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in reading/writing English are essential.
  • You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching are also required for this role.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling products are necessary duties.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will be eligible for comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, and sick leave.
