About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Market Analyst to join our team. As a Market Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing quote requests based on census and group information from agents and/or their clients. This involves working closely with Sales Consultants, Brokers, and Carriers to ensure timely delivery of quotes.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also be required to develop an understanding of market factors, carriers, plans, benefits, and guidelines in the California and/or Colorado group insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quote requests based on census and group information from agents and/or their clients.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants, Brokers, and Carriers to ensure timely delivery of quotes.
  • Develop an understanding of market factors, carriers, plans, benefits, and guidelines in the California and/or Colorado group insurance landscape.
  • Provide carrier/plan consultative services to sales executives and brokers to assist with new group and renewal purchasing decisions.
