The EPL Service Assistant is a key member of the WKS Restaurant Group team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and guest service in the dining room area. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests by cleaning and sanitizing all dining areas, including tables, chairs, condiment holders, and restrooms.
  • Guest Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stocking and Maintenance: Restock condiments, utensils, and ice machines as needed, and maintain the salsa bar to company standards.
  • Team Support: Assist in training new service assistants and perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to move or operate in work area, meet government regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling, and perform tasks that require reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, and wiping.
