• Work with our service team to identify system deficiencies and create repair plans.
• Maintain knowledge of State and Federal plumbing regulations.
• Review blueprints and work sites to understand backflow requirements.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to set expectations, resolve complaints, and identify customer requests.

• Valid Journeyman or Master plumbing license.
• ASSE certification.
• Previous experience in fire protection or commercial plumbing.
• Ability to read blueprints and site schematics.
• Availability to travel for work as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
